Erin Slater coached our team during the pandemic. Not only did our team feel disconnected to one another but to those we serve as social distancing challenged the way we had provided services. This ended up being the perfect time to come together as a team and create an environment where we can use our leadership skills to support one another and grow professionally as a team. Erin challenged us to be reflective, intentional, and purpose driven in our work. Erin provided the gift of time and a new perspective to enhance our team. This coaching experience has made our team stronger and myself more effective as a leader.
