Ann Ritterspach (She/Her), Certified Professional Coach, brings 27 years of experience leading teams, developing leaders, and delivering results. Cross-functional roles across Operations, Marketing, and Client Management provide a valuable background to support clients in moving forward in their own leadership journey. In addition, Ann’s understanding of how to progress from a front-line associate to a senior executive within a Fortune 100 company offers a unique perspective. Before coaching, Ann led the non-profit affinity partnership program for Nationwide Insurance, partnering with 200+ non-profit organizations to develop mutually beneficial strategies to increase engagement, retention, and satisfaction. She loves high-potential leaders who want to advance to the next level in work and life, further deepen their skills as people leaders, develop executive presence, and increase communication and relationship-building. She supports clients in leading with confidence creating customized plans to move forward and achieve sustainable transformation while making them feel comfortable, challenged, and supported. Ann is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Assessment Practitioner (ELI-MP), through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also certified through the Center for Creative Leadership for 360 Assessments for Leaders and Managers. She lives with her husband and son in Ohio.
