Jennifer Romanowicz (She/Her)’s clients report she is “Better than Advil!” when it comes to resolving tough leadership headaches. Leveraging over 25 years of experience in physical therapy, business leadership, and military family transitions, her superpower is designing stress-free leadership strategies that pack a punch. Clients most often seek Jen’s expertise to boost leadership influence, promote healthy productivity, and help teams quickly and successfully align and execute during high-demand transitions. She’s logged thousands of hours coaching hundreds of C-suite leaders, founders, executives, and teams in a variety of industries ranging from Nike to non-profits and beyond. Her secret sauce is her signature approach. She skillfully blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and advanced business concepts (with a splash of disarming humor) to develop flexible leadership strategies that stick. Her coaching programs are always systematically customized for effectiveness – and her “fast, fun, get-the-job-done” style ensures both quick wins AND sustainable results right from the start. Fondly known as “Dr. Fancy Pants” (an ode to both her qualifications and her sassy energy), Jen is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 550 technical training hours and multiple advanced certifications. She’s also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, holds an MBA, and has served as a mentor and adjunct faculty for two highly respected ICF-accredited coach training programs. She is certified in several advanced coaching methodologies and assessments, including DiSC, Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0), Core.E Energy Leadership, Positive Intelligence, and The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. When she isn’t coaching her fancy pants oP, Jen loves traveling, SCUBA diving, ‘game nights’ with her hubby and 2 kiddos – and laughing at the amusing antics of her dog (and frequent sidekick), Mr. Macaroni. “Mindset is like posture: If it’s not working for you, it’s working against you…” ~ Jen Romanowicz
