Kelly Marchal (She/Her) brings 24 years of experience in management and executive level roles in Finance and Human Resources, along with a lifetime of community involvement with coaching. With expertise in global logistics companies, she gained responsibility in finance and HR. Within HR, she was responsible for building a new business unit and held HR executive leadership assignments with units in Europe and Atlanta. In addition, she led strategic global employee engagement and talent mobility initiatives and sponsored the UPS Women’s Leadership Development groups in Richmond and Atlanta. Non-profit engagement has always been important to her. Inspired by the UPS Community Internship Program in New York City, she became involved with the United Way in Richmond, serving on the board and the Women’s Leadership Council, participating on the Women of Toqueville Cabinet, and as a volunteer with Wellspring Living. She holds a Bachelor’s from Virginia Tech, a MBA from the University of Richmond, and has completed the Management Skills for International Business Programme with INSEAD, The Business School for the World. Kelly received her coaching certification through iPEC. She believes that when we celebrate our unique strengths, gifts, and perspectives, we have more of ourselves to give and ultimately elevate collective impact. She and her husband are renovating an old home in Richmond, Virginia.
