The Energy Leadership Index is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that provides quantitative results for how you as a  leader are showing up in your life. Energy Leadership Index 360° Assessment

This signature 360° feedback system is a process by which multiple people in your organization rate you and you learn more about your leadership style. You will see yourself through the eyes of others and understand how well your intentions are coming across. Raters can include direct reports, supervisors, peers and other stakeholders. This feedback offers opportunities to validate ideal performance and uncover growth and development opportunities while improving relationships. When coupled with ongoing coaching conversations, clients may re-take the 360° assessment again in six months to observe demonstrated and measurable shifts in their results.
